Project #3

As an experienced designer and architect, I had the pleasure of working on a project for a client who wanted a smart home with automation for easy access from anywhere. She was particularly interested in lighting that would provide a pleasant ambiance without being too harsh on the eyes. Additionally, the client wanted their home to be welcoming to guests at all times, with a master bedroom that provided a better view of the sea.

To achieve this, I chose a color scheme that included white, grey, and blue, which gave the home a spacious and airy feel. I also incorporated different textures into the wall paint and feature walls, such as Handcrafted Artwork and Stone Carvings, to add a fourth dimension and create a unique and modern aesthetic.

The client is a professional lawyer who often experiences mental unrest, so I used the shades of blue to create a calming effect throughout the house. I also incorporated wood to add warmth and white for spaciousness. The use of green plants added a touch of freshness, which made the house even more welcoming.

One of the biggest challenges in this project was the request to swap the master bedroom and guest room to take advantage of a better sea view. To make this work, I carefully redesigned the layout of the house, ensuring that all areas were functional and optimized for the client's needs.

Overall, the project was a huge success, and the client was extremely happy with the outcome. The smart home automation and carefully planned lighting added a modern and convenient touch, while the blue and green color schemes and textured walls added character and warmth. The final result was a beautiful and welcoming home that met all of the client's needs and exceeded their.
